Galaxy A50 Spekaer Problem

Hi First of all i love my A50 mobile..Which was smooth until 2 days.Suddenly i am experincing new problem where i can hear songs or call in earphones only .My mobile speaker doesn't give sound.

Here you can check if it is a hardware issue or software issue:

• Check in the safe mode is the speaker is giving sound. If yes then reset the device. it will solve the issues.
• Try resetting device if it is not giving output in safe mode as well.
• After trying both above solutions if the speaker is not working then visit the service center and get it checked.
