Galaxy A50 Fingerprint scanner issue

Hello All,

In the recent time I seem to be facing a lot of issue with my finger print scanner on my Galaxy A50. Does anyone know of any solution which can help?

I am not facing any problems... try keeping the same finger twice

tried that. have actually registered my fingerprint thrice but still the S Secure app mainly doesnt recognise it

Few reported issues after Sec patch update...But i havent faced any issue with my fingerprint scanner.

Buddy, many are facing the same issue. Also, forget about fingerprint, try using password and pin. Also u can set pin lock for S Secure since typing long password everytime is bothersome.
