Galaxy A50 Doesn't support type c earphone

I have buy a new type c earphone for my Galaxy A50 

It's OnePlus type C bullet's earphone

I have checked the earphone with my A50 it's sound quality is worst. Also it's not supported for calling 

I have use the earphone with another one mobile it's work fine But in the Galaxy A50 it's very worst 

Not expect this things from Samsung 

Samsung just need to solve this issue quickly
