After the A50 Android 10 update, the mobile automatically shuts down and turns on automatically ten minutes later. I have already factory data reset the mobile once, but nothing is working after that. Please help me..
try hard reset-> first backup data in PC through smartswitch in PC-> power off phone-> press power and volume up button for 5 secs-> a window will appear-> select wipe cache data by volume down-> then select reset by volume down -> restore data from smartswitch from PC. if your problem is solved click three dots on my first comment and "Accept Solution"
