The device is completely unusable for me since the update. Apps are crashing every minute and they don't recover until I reboot the device. I am using Samsung a50. I cannot even factory reset the device. Please help SAMSUNG!

Whether you bought your device through Samsung finance+? if so then wait for emi completion, after that you will be able to use these features like developer options l/secure folder/factory reset
