Galaxy A5 (2017) - Automatic network reset problem

Hello people.

I'm currently using dual sims on A5 (2017).

Sim 1 is an Irish sim and sim 2 is Indian.

I recently have this problem where all networks are automatically reset. By reset I mean wifi and both sim networks go off and on without prompting.

By the end of the reset, there's a pop up, " No SIM1". And the phone goes to lock screen while using.

I usually can't use SIM1 which is my primary sim until I restart the phone a couple times.

It happens when the phone is not in use as well.

Is this a common problem or is there a fix anyone's aware of?

We would suggest you to get in touch with the network service provider of SIM card which you are using in slot one.
