Hhayi yo, You need to get your phone checked at a Samsung support center, or just call them about the problem.

Please ensure that your software is updated and instead of a normal restart, soft reset the device. Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (this will not erase your data, it is just to reboot the device)
