Hi, try these steps:
1. *Check Bluetooth settings*: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your A32. Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Toggle switch to ON.
2. *Restart both devices*: Restart your A32 and Bluetooth speaker to refresh connections.
3. *Pairing mode*: Put your Bluetooth speaker in pairing mode (usually a button press or hold).
4. *Search for devices*: On your A32, go to Bluetooth settings and search for available devices. Select your speaker's name.
5. *Check speaker compatibility*: Ensure your speaker is compatible with your A32.
6. *Reset Bluetooth settings*: On your A32, go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > Reset Bluetooth settings.
7. *Update software*: Ensure your A32 and speaker have the latest software updates.
8. *Distance and interference*: Move your speaker and A32 closer, and avoid other devices that may cause interference.
9. *Reset speaker*: If all else fails, reset your Bluetooth speaker to its factory settings.
