I AM SO disappointed in this phone for the amount of money I paid for it not worth it I will never buy another Samsung again. And I have been using Samsung phones my whole life.
It Charges very slowly and it is set on Fast Charging. It gets very hot.
When typing a text ths Qwerty Key bord keeps jumping amd vant type. It opens and closes while I am typing.n No worst phone PLEASE DONT WASTE UR MONEY.
Return it to the shop you bought it from, they will send it back to Samsung. If it has a factory fault, they will fix it for you. I had a similar problem with my A20, but now it works 100%.
Thank you I am not sure if i still have the purchase receipt for it. And what phone will I use in the mean time while it is being repaired. As I use my phone for businesses purposes and with out it I am pretty much screwed.
