Good day people, I'm having a software challenge since i updated it,my device often keeps on shutting down 2nd slot simcard and changing menu unnecessarily, but truly to refresh or turning it off for few minutes still can't get clearances. Can I please get clearances on this one.

Battery operation is still normal

It might be set to shutdown on schedule if so you can go to Settings, and click the General management and Reset option. Then toggle off the Auto restart at set times icon.
