Galaxy A32 Is having Issue

My Samsung A32 is Having some issues like it's Vibration Mode is not responding. I have tried all the tips and tricks but nothing works

But I just bought this phone last year

is any one using samsung galaxy a31 and has it been noted that the phone is very slow Especially when its dialer has to be used, the phone works very slow. Is there a solution to this ?
