Galaxy A32 Is having Issue

My Samsung A32 is Having some issues like it's Vibration Mode is not responding. I have tried all the tips and tricks but nothing works

Please update the phone if you do then wait for an other update from samsung
Dail *#0*# and click the vibration icon and cheak it if not working maybe there is hardwear problem.

I have checked it by *#0*# nothing happened.... secondly I am ready to update my phone just waiting for an UPDATE 🫥
