U can download the update file locally to your device and update it via recovery mode using

Update via adb
Update via sdcard

Only for A31

This update file is for A21s , I haven't downloaded it for A31 yet . To download the file you need to copy the link and paste it in your browser. In previous post I have posted the link for Update file ( A21s)

For those who have multi CSC can sideload the update like Bangladesh users can sideload the update but the csc code will change .
