Galaxy A31 Restart issue...

After updating to Android 12 One UI 4.1,i suddenly faced phone re-start issue while watching Youtube vedio...This issue occured after 1 month since i updated.....Previously i never faced this kind of issue...This problem happened just for a sinlge time...

Device : Galaxy A31 6/128

Note : Device automatic restart is turn off...

Did Any other A31 user face this kind of issue ???

What is the reason for the sudden re-start and what is the solution ????

R u sure cz it just happened for a single time and after 10 days till now,no issue...

Another fact is it happened after updating to android 12....

So how can it b a motherboard issue ?
If it is a motherboard issue thn phone should not b frequently restarted ???

Whats ur thoughts ???
