Galaxy A31 Multi Touch Problem

I'm having Multi Touch issues while playing Pubg and CoD.
I play with 4 Finger Claw, when i long press Fire, Move and Aim button at the same time, One of these touches stops working.
I have to releases the screen and tap again for it to do fire and stuff again.
Latest Software Updates have been installed.
Before this device i have J7 Pro 2017 with no multitouch issue.

try multi touch on manual checks here on Samsung members app or from *#0*# menu.. if that happens there as well then it might be a fault

yo, I have the exact same problem with another game. the multitouch didn't work seamlessly. 
tried the *#0*# dial solution, turns out to be just fine. My A31 is also newly bought, so I doubt the problem lies in the hardware. I suspect the software had smt to do with this(?)
Devs, if you read this please, examine this issue.

Come on! A update just dropped and it ain't a fix samsung fix your thing already thats 2 months now the same issue

Just switched from Samsung A10s to A31 coz of d specs so I could have a better experience playing COD n PuBG but the multi touch issue is really getting on my nerves I never had this problem with my A10s my a31 is new so I pretty much doubt ts hardware related if ts software please Samsung deal wit t missing out on d fun I could be having wit my gamer trends #Sad
