Hi, I recently purchased Samsung Galaxy A31. During phone calls, video recording and whatsapp audio calls Mic working fine. But during Whatsapp video call my Voice is not going to other end. I tried hands-free but still facing problem.
During whatsapp video call when I speaks on top of the phone (in noice cancellation mic) my voice goes to the persion i am calling. It means during Whatsapp video call noice cancellation Mic works instead of main Mic.
Please help me. Is this softwear issue or headwear issue? And what is the solution?
First of I don't understand why you bought A31. Regarding this issue, does it happen only with whatsapp ? Or in normal calls, other video calling apps ?

i resently baught samsung a31 in these phone microphone is not while using 2 app which use microphone at a time only 1 app can use the microphone (eg while using whatsapp call and google meet call only 1 app can use mic at a time )please help me . what is the problem in my phone and how can i get red of it??
