Charging speed very slow and after 20% battery down to 0 in one minute

That seems like battery issue need to get your battery replaced so kindly visit service center and also get the charging hardware checked whether it needs to be replaced if your device is not displaying fast charging while kept in charging.

go to safemode and check is there same issue in safemode
if not then issue created by some other downloaded apps or games
