Galaxy A30 charging slower

My Galaxy A30 is charging slower than before. Is any other person facing the same issue?

yes I've faced from Sept to Dec so I've decided to go service centre in Jan and now my problem is solved but not fully... before sept it takes 2 hrs to full charge at normal and 1.5 hrs at fast charging but after sept to dec it takes approx 3.5+ hrs at normal and now it takes 2.5+ hrs to full charge...

Hi there,

Please perform the following step to resolve slow charging issue:
1- Charge the device with the original charger.
2- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members> Get Help> Interactive checks->charger/USB).

3- Run the device in safe mode and check the issue.

4- Check with another USB cable.
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
