After january security patch when I open camera or switch to video mode before taking picture or recording video the image or video is not clear and sharp as the way it should  be. Is anyone experiencing the same issue. Please reply

yes it was same issue fr me but whn I reset camera setting now it's working as it should be

Hi there,

 

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Check the Picture size in camera settings and set aspect ratio.

2- Turn on/off the Auto Flash.

3- Reset camera settings (Open camera app > Camera settings > reset settings).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members application (Open Samsung members app > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask question).

I did all these steps. still the camera issue is not solved. I sent a bug report to samsung. here is the picture
