Galaxy AHello Samsung Team and Community,
I’m using the Samsung Galaxy A24 4G, which I purchased on 24-08-2024. I tried checking my smartphone's warranty coverage and activation date on the official Samsung website, but unfortunately, it's not showing any details.
In my device under Settings > About phone > Status information, it only shows the date of the first call made, but there's no information about the warranty status or exact activation date.
Please look into this and help me resolve the issue. I just want to confirm my warranty and coverage period.
