Galaxy A20 still running Android 10

Hi everyone. I have a Galaxy A20 running android 10 and has still not recieved the update for Android 11 (Note that I am recieving quarterly updates though). 

Is there anybody else facing the same issue or is it just me?

Try to take it to service center and make them update your device through pc , or if you have pc you can update your device through smart switch app

I also forgot to add that this device came from outside India, which is probably why I'm not recieving the update?
