Galaxy A20 Software update with one UI 2.0

Why samsung is taking too long to deliver the Android 10 update for Galaxy A20 in Pakistan as we all know that the update has been rolled out few days ago.

  As many of you know about the delay of the update in India, my question is does samsung Pakistan also delay the update?
