Screen touch becomes unscrollable and can't fling back or go to home screen using gesture navigation. I tried locking and unlocking the phone again but it has no effect. After one minute or so and trying locking and unlocking again and again it started working normally again. This is an actual issue with the phone which samsung support don't accept. I purchased it only a month ago and there's no damage on screen or phone body of any kind. Never even fell yet. I have faced this issue with 3-4 times already. Moreover the phone doesn't have basic features like screen recording option in quick panel options. And also no way of taking a partial screenshot. And 3 finger screenshot option is also not present. These are basic everyday use things in 2025. I wanted to attach screen recording of touch issue but couldn't find the option in quick panel. Thinking of selling this phone already.
