Since the last update of my device A156EDXU3BXG7 which contains the security patch update of July, I have started observing a weird issue with the phone. Everyday at around 1-3 pm the calls incoming or outgoing gets disconnected soon after I receive or the other person receives at other end. The issue is not with the network operator as I have used the sim card in another phone and also changed the sim card with a new one. Still the issue pertains. Moreover the issue is same with 02 of my colleagues. What would be the necessary step(s) we should do to overcome the issue

Try to reset Network setting in the General Management or you can switch off the phone for an hour to give rest to the phone.
This method might solve your problem.

Thank you for your response. But I already have gone through all the mentioned procedures and as such the issue pertains. I also have mentioned that the issue is there with the devices of 02 of my colleagues also. Moreover the issue started appearing after the installation of the last OTA update. Requesting you to look into the matter considering the fact that whether there is any glitch with the software released or not. If you find something then it would be my humble request to resolve the same with the upcoming update.
