Galaxy A145P not updating

I'm using Samsung galaxy A145P 4G it's stuck on version 13 if I try to update it OTA it's saying my device is up to date but it isn't...I need to know if it can still receive updates and what is the latest version for A145P and it's one UI

It's because of its region that the region is set on Malaysia 🇲🇾. Even I use it, but I custom romed it, so it's on one ui8
