Galaxy ACheck if this is on for you, if u switch it off and delete i think it should work
Go to Gallery > Settings and see

1. Go to settings
2. Accounts and backup
3. Select Samsung Cloud
4. Hit the 3 dots.
5. Sync and backup settings.
6. Turn gallery sync off. If was turned off already, turn it on and turn it off again.
7. You can delete photos now. Fixed
