Hi so i did a little research and seems like a lot of A10s members are complaining about this very issue. They have tried many things, including restarting and even factory resetting, but nothing worked.

It has to be taken to a repair center. Apparently the issue is in the wifi chip on the phone and it might need to be replaced. This is what i found online. I'm very sorry that i can't provide u with a better solution.

Please take ur phone to a samsung authorized repair center, they'll know what to do. Good luck 👍
