Hope you all well,I recently updated my aunts Galaxy A10 to Android 11.

It was working well these few days and all of a sudden the music is gone.

Any assistance on this please

The downloaded ones are gone

There is no other way to retrieve lost songs,you can load all your songs in your SD CARD if you have one before you update your device.
