Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps

It's probably just a broken sensor thingy a friend had to get that replaced just go to anyone who fixes phones or buy the parts and install it yourself it's kinda easy
