This mobile is hanging a lot, and the response from Samsung side also very worst. I was facing this issue more than 15 dyas. I bought this mobile 25 days beforeh only. When we are checking in Samsung website they are calling us and indirectly forcing us to buy from their website.  When we are facing issue with Samsung they are not even considering to help us. Now also I am facing issue with Mike and theme software issue. They ate telling us like it's and update. I never saw any update with so many issues. But Samsung doing this with customer.  I am suggesting all of you to not buy Samsung product. They are very irresponsible for the customers. In dual speaker only one speaker working they not even considering this issue. If I list so many issues they are taking only one from the list. It's not performing like 8gb ram. It's performing below then 2gb. I am the new Samsung user. After buying this I literally worrying 😟

Samsung phone should not be bought..even you can buy mi or real me phone around 15 to 20 thousand they perform better..

Try to get a replacement if issues are worsening day by day, some A53 n A73 had these issues n users got it replaced via the shop from they bought it.😊👍🏼

I asked to them but they are not responding properly to us. What should I do now. They are always telling me to visit service center multiple times. They are not even fixing it. 😔

The following problems occur on my Samsung A73 phone.

1. Phone overheating.
2. Network problem.
3. Battery charge goes down quickly.
4. Finger and face unlock is very slow.

Check space availability:

Is there sufficient space available on your device?
Kindly check the space on your device:
Path: Settings > Device Care >Storage

To improve the device performance there should be sufficient space. Request you to keep at least a ''minimum 20% internal memory free''.

Kindly check RAM in your device:-
Path: Settings>Device care>Memory.

To improve the performance RAM of the device should be free. So, clear the RAM memory once a day.
Check app cache
Does the device hang while accessing any particular Application/Game etc?

Please follow the below steps
1- Clear app cache through Device care:

Step1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Device care.
Step3: Tap on Storage.
Step4: Tap on CLEAN NOW.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask question).
