Salam.

My galaxy A10 has a problem

When screen is off for 10 or more than 10 mnts, after that when i want to turn it on back the touch doesn't work for  2, 3 , 4 or 5 mnts.

After that the error comes up this

What is the problem. 

Plz help me

thanks. i visited the Samsung support centre and they sold my phone problem.
Now my phone is running smoothly

Samsung customer service k pass le aya ho. o kehty he k new software karna pary ga....
abhi de diya he dekhty he kia hota he....

use k baad dekhta hoo problem ata he dobara ya nahi.....
pr umeed he koi problem nahi ayrga,
qk Samsung customer service waly kehty thy k ye masla software ka hota he...

dino me nahi, ek ghanta baad mobile mil giya. with new software.
using continuously and didn't appear the problem again.
