My phone Samsung galaxy A50 has problem on gps, it doesn't show location using gps is it software problem or hardware one?

Same with Galaxy M30s the new model launched in Sep 2019. There is Google location function but I could not locate GPS tool till now.

I do not know if GPS tool is hidden some where deep inside in settings.
