Front camera resolution in Samsung A52 just 5.2 Mega pixel

I recently  check that this phone has front camera of just only 5.2 mp I downloaded  hardware info to check the hardware of it and I saw that really ? Ia it 5mp !!!

Example as can a blood presurre app measure exact bp of human
