Help me fix my front camera please

Test your camera:

a. Open Phone app (dialler - the green phone icon - the app to make calls)
b. Type *#0*#
c. Select FRONT CAM on next bright screen.
d. Let me know if front camera working properly, if an error is shown or if screen is showing black.

Try to dial *#0*# and select front cam and if it works there go back to your home screen and do a soft reset on your phone by holding the volume down,up and power buttons simultaneously

Soft reset your phone (no data loss). If camera still not working then do a factory reset. If still camera not working, it could be a hardware issue.

SOFT RESET

Press and hold on Volume down button and Power button until phone restarts. Ignore any screenshot captured. Just continue to hold on both buttons.

BACKUP & RESTORE

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Accounts and backup
4. Tap on Backup and Restore
5. Select Backup.

You can backup and update using Samsung Smart switch.

Install the program on your computer and connect your phone to your computer using an Original Samsung cable and follow the prompts.

FACTORY RESET ( ⚠️: DATA LOSS. MAKE SURE TO BACKUP DATA FIRST.)

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select General Management.
4. Select Reset.
5. Select Factory data Reset.
6. Tap Reset.

Did drop ur phone in water , or is the screen cracked , if the is cracked enough to see the front camera that means it was damaged during impact

Is ur phone storage full , if its full then that the problem , because it causes apps not t work properly
