Front Flash

Dear Samsung R&D Team

I would like to share you that earlier smartphones of Samsung possessed "Front Flash" for their front cameras.

This front flash was actually a fabulous feature which could be used for taking photos and recording videos in dim light conditions also.

But this feature has been recently removed by Samsung which is quite disappointing since not every phone possessed front flash.

The front flash can also be used for video calling in dim light conditions. This point should be noted by Research & Development team.

Therefore, you are requested to provide this function in all smartphones and this function will surely be an upper hand for galaxy devices. Since not every company provides this function in its phones.

Further, you may also observe that not all peoples like notch or punch hole displays since the beautiful rectangular shape design of the screen vanishes. Furthermore, the display contains a hole in it for fitting/adjusting front camera which causes a hindrance or looks like a black dot while watching videos on full screen. Therefore, Infinity displays were much better options.

Hence, notch or punch hole displays should be avoided and bigger infinity displays should be adjusted/opted.

Hope, you'll surely add "front flash" feature in all of new models and notch/punch hole display's usability will be reassessed.

I came to know recently that my feedback has not reached Samsung Research & Development section.

You may consider the instance of Samsung Galaxy A6 & J6; both these phones have infinity display and front flash as well.

They have outdated bezels, punch hole is better, most people like bezels slim as possible
