post the camera settings. these apps are not reliable

as you can see in your case this app can not detect GPS chip , Loud speaker type etc

so dont rely on these app results

Same Software in different device(made in Vietnam).
There shows 24.9MP.

so it is not software paroblem.

in your first case it is app issue look at mis readings . where is GPS details ??? where is sound card details ???

I have tased it with different apps. It always shows 16.5MP.(Front Camera)
