You wouldn't need to get hold of samsung head quarters. You would need to get hold of the samsung helpline (if you ordered it from samsung) if you bought it from a different store (I'm in south africa so MTN, Vodacom, etc) then you need to get hold of them. If they say that it hasn't been shipped to them yet then just wait. Did you buy a phone bundle or did you buy the watch on its own?
