Free earbuds with vodacom contract

Hi

I just got ew Samsung A56 contract with Vodacom and the deal is with 2 free earbuds redeemable with Samsung members, but how do I redeem in order to get the earbuds?

Once you receive your device, open the Samsung Members app, then head to Benefits.

You will most likely need a copy of your ID (back and front) in PDF format, proof of purchase/delivery/contract and your device's IMEI number (present on your device, the box it came in or via Settings > About phone).

Alternatively you can reach out to Samsung directly and they'll assist you with claiming.

Just a note, not all gifts are claimable by you; even if it's visible for you... Be sure to check the promotion dates to get the right one.

I did a claim last year n after the 7 to 14 working days were over I still couldn't to get a hold of Samsung so I wrote a review on Hello Peter n then only was I contacted n given a tracking no for the parcel....then Skynet was delayed 🙃 it was a rat race indeed

I recently got the Samsung A56 on contract via vodacom and I claimed via Samsung members app for the galaxy buds and watch howerever to just got and email sayingbi should claim again my first claim failed but when I try again on the app it says the IMEI number is already registered i tried calling Samsung directly however I was on hold for 20minutes with no answer I even tried emailing them

also have the same problem . i claimed and my claim was successful.
said 14-21 working days it will get delivered been a month now still nothing also emailed samsungs about 4 days ago still no reply from them aswell .. 😒
