Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
Below given steps will improve the picture quality:-
1) Poor Camera Image Quality:- Check physical condition of your camera lens.
2) Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on camera.
3) Camera > Settings > Reset settings> Reset.
4) Check device in safe mode:- Power off the device > Press and hold the Power key for one or two s
seconds to turn on the device > When the logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key. (To exit
safe mode Restart the device).
5) Clear app cache through Device care :-Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.
After following the above steps, If issue still persist please do send the log file, so that we can provide you the better assistance.(Note:-You are requested to send it within 15 minutes of problem occur).
