I'm having problems with my fingerprint sensor, how do I deactivate it?

Try not sure if it will help
Open Settings > Lock Screen and Security > Screen Lock Type and toggle off all the options under the Biometrics section

Just that when I tried to readd the fingerprint it's now requesting for : Fingerprint sensor calibration needed

I am unable to open pdf and documents files from Dual Whatsapp. And also the downloaded file not appearing in file folder. And after some days the old document and pdf files are not forwarding to other contacts....

I also reset my dual whatsapp account...and then also it didn't changed yet ...same problem

As I am using samsung galaxy m31s

But at the same time I am able to view/download the pdf file in main whatsapp.
