Fingerprint

Using A71 for the past two days and found that fingerprint recognition is poor. Have installed a tempered glass and selected the option 'Increase touch sensitivity' also. But no improvement.

What could be the reason? Please suggest

remove the temper glass and set up fingerprint, it'll work out....

if still not working properly comapre other a71 work properly go to service center reinstall software brother after slove your problem

You have to hold the finger on the fingerprint sensor for few seconds. Don't pull back instantly.
