Fingerprint sensor not working after android 10 update on a50s

I just updated from android 9 to android 10, after update I can't add fingerprint. The following message appears - "Fingerprint sensor calibration needed"

I updated another device of galaxy a50s of my friend and found the same problem happening. So, it's definitely not a hardware problem. The update is causing it

I tried-

Factory Data reset

Wiping cache partition

But nothing fixed it. What should I do?

Settings > Bio metrics and security > Fingerprints-->Tap--> It says "Fingerprint sensor calibration needed"

the fingerprint cannot be registered, because the calibration error appears when you enter to Bio metrics and security
