My device shows "The fingerprint sensor is not responding. Try again later"
In this condition if I restart the device then it works well for a while, then again after a while the same problem occurs.

Can anyone tell me how the problem will be solved?

Already tried:
1. Wipe cache partition done
2. Fingerprint App's Storage Cache & Data Cleared
3. Fingerprints Re-registered

About device:
# Device: Galaxy A7 2018
# Fingerprint: Side Mounted

It's may be hardware problem you should visit samsung customer care

The same happened to me also . I even reset the phone . Did your phone fall ?

Is it ok after reset? No it didn’t fall out of my hands.

1. Samsung Members app > Get help > interactive check ✔/ automatically check

2.dial *#0*#
Check phone sensor status

3. Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).

4. reset phone
