Hello Team,
I need a help regarding fingerprint sensor on my samsung galaxy A50.  When I try to unlock the phone with fingerprint it's not working and not accepting my fingerprint. 
Also when I'm trying to add new fingerprint it says Fingerpring calibration needed. What does it mean. Kindly provide assistance on this.

either reset/format your device with proper backup
or visit service centre

Have you changed the display? It usually happens after display replacement.

Fingerprint calibration can done on service center.

Then try Ehsank's suggestion.
If it doesn't solves go to service center.
Take a backup before reset.
If you are updating your device using ota ask them to flash the firmware also. It will remove any software glitches if present.

factory data reset is the best option.I have also faced this problem
