Fingerprint registration : A71

I could register  left hand thumb but righthand thumb unable to register  .what could be the issue? tried cleaning  thumb as well as mobile screen .

Yap bro its A71 problem accidentally i deleted right thumb and to add it again i just cried and finally after almost 20 attempt i registered it back.
