Hi I got problem with Samsung galaxy A32 since I updated my phone, fingerprint stop working, I tried everything but doesn't work 😔

Hi what error are you getting? Fingerprint not recognized or just does not respond?

Hi, Tumi15 

Please run a service test on your Fingerprint sensor.

1. From the phone dialler, enter *#0*#.
2. Select Sensor
3. look down.
4. Under the Fingerprint test, Select Normal scan.

If the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds. This is a soft reset and will not factory reset your phone.

My A11 did this a few months back, after restarting the phone, it would work for a few hours, then nothing...but eventually the bug was fixed in a micro update. Report the issue. My fast charging also stopped working for about a week and that issue was also resolved with a mere report sent from this platform.
