Fingerprint issue

Please reply if anyone facing fingerprint not recognised while registering new fingerprint, while unlocking device it unlocks normally but while registering it gives error

in your a50 after charging battery to 💯 does it show any notification like battery fully charged and unplug your charger ...in my it's show earlier but after sep update it's not showing.. please confirm that
