After December update I'm unable to add my fingerprint in galaxy a50. Such a worst experience.
I'm very unsatisfied with this update

sorry to here that but samsung will provide an update for solving this issue, so many have the same problem

This issue started with Nov, 2019 update. but still not fixed with dec, 2019 update. not expecting from Samsung that it will ever be fixed. Samsung phones are good but only 8 months after that they are just scrap.

Hi there,

 

Kindly follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue-

> If any screens guard/tampered glass/protection film is available then first disables the fingerprint settings and then removes the screen guard.

> Once screen guard is removed now register the fingerprint again and check the issue

> Make sure to use the central fingerprint parts evenly when you register or scan fingerprint, so that all portions of fingerprint, including the centre and corners have been fully scanned.

its mean to say that first I remove my tempered glass and after register my fingerprint i go to a shop and purchase a tampered again.
do you think this is a right solution.
