Samsung Galaxy A16, the fingerprint sensor stopped working and shows the message “Fingerprint sensor not responding.” I have already tried restarting the phone but the issue is still there. Is anyone else facing the same problem or know how to run a diagnostic test?
The fingerprint sensor does not show at all. When I remove the chip and reinstall it, it works for a short time, but then the sensor disappears again. When I repeat the same process, it starts working again.
