Fingerprint Scanner Problem

Hello friends,  After I update my Samsung Galaxy A50 November update,  My fingerprint scanner is totally not working. I can't register my finger in my phone.  Please What is the solution to this problem?

I'm having issues with fps too. Heard they have fixed it on December update

Reset your phone, maybe will work.
